All models must be quickly picked up and removed from the Convention center immediately after the end of the Awards ceremony.
The host chapter must clear all convention related items and equipment from the entire facility before midnight or suffer a financial penalty. What took hours to put up on Tuesday has to be torn down and packed in a matter of 90 minutes.
No offence but please get your models and depart the facility. If you want to keep it going with friends head to the Embassy Suiters bar. We will be polite to a point after which we will have no choice but to move you and your models out of the contest hall and outside the facility. We are not responsible for damages.
