The National Convention is right around the corner, and you know what that means? It’s time for us to hang the “Help Wanted” sign in the window. The National Convention is a team effort, and that team goes beyond the host chapter members. It depends on all IPMS members, including you!
We need YOUR help to ensure this Convention is a smooth, pleasurable, and most of all, fun experience for everyone involved!
This year, we built a ton of flexibility into our volunteer scheduled. You’ll notice the shifts are shorter than usual - most only two or two and a half hours long. We hope these shorter, more convenient shifts will entice you to sign up for more than one.
Speaking of more than one… if you sign up for at least two shifts, you’ll get a free Volunteer T-Shirt to take home with you. We’ll capture your T-Shirt size as part of the Sign-Up process.
You’ll notice that this year’s Sign-Up is hosted on SignUp.com. It’s simple and easy-to-use, but make sure you answer all the questions! That way we can contact you before or during the show if anything comes up, and it’ll let us remind you of your shifts. We know you’ve got a million things on your mind, so we want to make it as easy for you as possible.
